Support Outsourcing Services

In Japan, where inbound tourism has continued to reach record highs in recent years, the travel and tourism industry is facing a serious labor shortage. Therefore, hiring Indonesian individuals who are fluent both of Japanese and English language and also possess hospitality skills will be a valuable asset.

When employing foreign workers with special skills, the accepting company must report to the Immigration and Residency Management Agency and provide mandatory support as per The Ministry of Law and Human Rights regulations. LPK HIS collaborates with registered support institution PT. JIPA to handle some or all support services on behalf of companies. This assistance aims to reduce the burden on companies, even when hiring foreign workers for the first time, ensuring a smooth process.
